Our History

Development of modified improved stable quality and opening of a new area - PCD.

Separation from «Rusnano» Corporation, change of development direction, launch of production in Technopolis Moscow SEZ.

1997 - 2006

Company Foundation

Obtaining investments for the development of serial production from the state «Rusnano» Corporation. Development and registration of know-how on mixing and sintering of cutting mass, soldering and grinding technologies. Development of modified improved CBN grades of stable quality and opening of a new area - PCD.

2007 - 2017

Investment & Development

Separation from «Rusnano» Corporation, change in the direction of the company's development. Entering serial production. Registration of know-how of technology for manufacturing large-size CNS forms. Launch of production on the territory of SEZ «Technopolis Moscow». Opening of new areas: ceramics, tungsten carbide. Increase of production capacity by 2 times.

2018 - 2020

Development of New Production Facility

Expansion of the product line: threading, grooving, parting and milling tools, tool holders and clamping systems, taps, high-feed milling tools. Obtaining a certificate of the Ministry of Industry and Trade for compliance of products with the requirements of the Import Substitution Program. Launch of active cooperation with distributors and development of dealer network, including in Belarus and Kazakhstan. Opening of representative offices in Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhny Tagil and Nizhny Novgorod. Multiple growth of production capacity and sales.

2021 - 2023

Conquering the Cities

Opening of the second production area with localization of carbide tool production. Development of new CBN and carbide grades. Expansion of the product line: reamers, deep drilling tools, mini boring bars. Expansion of dealer network up to 20 official distributors. Opening of a representative office in St. Petersburg. Launch of our own online product catalog.
